•  WEEK 1: Intros. What feelings do you want to embody? Live guided meditation of future self + what they look like, what mindset do they have, what feelings do they have on a daily basis? Receive journal prompts to dive into through out the week.

• WEEK 2: Learn to recognize items/things/feelings in your space + how they are affecting you. Receive journal prompts to dive into throughout the week.

• WEEK 3: Process feelings + recognize what does not align with your future vison of your ideal self. Receive live clearing + home blessing on the call. Receive journal prompts to dive into throughout the week.

• WEEK 4: Reflections. What feels different after the clearing + how can we keep these feelings/energy long term? Learn my process to refresh your homes' energy so you can do it whenever you want.
